Cheese Museum

When we heard there was a cheese museum in Manzanares, we knew we had to make a detour to see it.

Socrates said, "The unexamined life is not worth living." I say, "Life without cheese is not worth living." 

Manchego is one of the best cheeses in the world. The very best cheese in the world is Cotswold, English double Gloucester with chives. But Manchego is a very good cheese.

Here is an exhibit at the museum:

As you can see, it claims that Manchego is the perfect cheese. This is not quite correct. Cotswold is the perfect cheese. But Manchego is a very good cheese.
